How to Set up an Oculus Rift?
Prerequisite Laptop/Desktop Configuration:
- NVIDIA GTX 970 / AMD Radeon R9 290 or greater
- Intel i5-4590 equivalent or greater
- 8GB+ RAM
- Video Output : Compatible HDMI 1.3 video output
- USB Ports : 3x USB 3.0 ports, plus 1x USB 2.0 port
- Windows 7 SP1 64 bit or newer
Oculus Rift Setup

1.Open https://www.oculus.com/en-us/setup/ & click on “Start Download”
2. Once Download completes, Open setup file & follow instructions:
3. Connect Rift Headset & Oculus Sensors
4. Input Device Setup (Remote & Xbox Controller) with Oculus Sensor Confirmation
How to Incorporate Oculus Rift Package with InstaVR?
1. Login to InstaVR Console with Pro rights & Oculus access from https://console.instavr.co/login
Check Package → Oculus
2. Create Project with respective VR Scenes (Video/Image) & add Links, Hotspot and Action as required
3. Add requirde images in Branding tab for App Icon, Splash Screen & Home Screen.
4. Select Package → Oculus and enter required information in Advanced Options → Common Settings / Advanced Settings
5. Click on “Make Package for Oculus” to publish.
6. Once Publish Process is finished, go to Download tab and download Oculus package on respective Windows system (System where Oculus is connected)
7. Extract .zip package → Double click on application file (.exe file) → Wear Oculus Headset & View Application
